ABOUT ME
I'm the second of 6 kids. In our town, sports are taken seriously and I've been given many chances to compete and improve. My parents ran adult sports leagues and homeschooled us so we could spend more time together. This gave us extra hours in the gym and on the field. No day was complete without a few hours of competition in the park behind our house. Becoming a better athlete has been a mission as much as it's been a lifestyle.
Having this many competitive brothers has given me drive, mental toughness, knowledge of the game as well as the ability to adapt, communicate and stay humble. Each day there is something to win. We've got to dig in and win, also focusing on becoming better for tomorrow because we are never as good as we want to be. We learned to push through dinner, bedtime, stitches and broken bones for a win, then wake up and do it all again.
Some of my hobbies include working out, running, hanging out with extended family, cooking, baking, and graphic design.
I’m a licensed electrical apprentice and work with my dad's company. I also work on a local farm in the summers.
I hope to one day be a chiropractor or physical therapist, treating athletes and enabling them to be the best they can be by prioritizing health and wellness. I believe that a healthy diet and rest are just as important as physical exercise. Encouraging others to have discipline, moderation and enjoyment in all areas of life is something I like doing.

TRACK
My sophomore basketball season, I tore a ligament in my thumb at the beginning of league play. I waited until after season to have the optional surgery to repair it. This meant that I'd have to sit out baseball, but I knew I could still run track in a cast. It's the only year I've been able to compete in high school, but running is something I love.
